Prior to Terramed, Alex worked as an Asset Management Analyst for Streamline Real Estate Development in Philadelphia. Streamline is a full-service real estate development, construction and investment firm that manages private equity funds invested in residential and mixed-use real estate development projects in Philadelphia. Prior to that, Alex spent two years at Brixmor Property Group, a publicly traded REIT that owns and operates more than 400 shopping centers across the United States. Alex started his career in the banking industry before transitioning over to real estate.
Alex has a BBA in Finance from Temple University. While at Temple, he competed as a scholarship athlete for the Cross Country and Track & Field teams. He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Erica, and their two dogs.
