Daniel Eisenstadt is the Founder and CEO of Terramed Real Estate Solutions. With a background spanning real estate, healthcare management, private equity, and nonprofit leadership, Daniel brings a deep commitment to purposeful business and impactful growth.

Daniel Eisenstadt's experience
Daniel Eisenstadt is the Founder and CEO of Terramed Real Estate Solutions (formally known as Terravet Real Estate Solutions). Before founding Terramed, he co-founded Community Veterinary Partners, where he served as president and chairman. Under his leadership, the company expanded into a regional network of veterinary hospitals across the East Coast.
Earlier in his career, Daniel was a managing director at CMS Companies, where he led investments in education, healthcare services, and manufacturing businesses. He also served as the founding executive director of the Auschwitz Jewish Center in Poland, a museum and educational site near the former concentration camp. Prior to his work in the nonprofit sector, Daniel practiced corporate law at Fulbright and Jaworski, L.L.P., focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and securities offerings.
Daniel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a BA from Clark University. He was also a Wallenberg Scholar at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
In addition to his professional work, Daniel is actively involved in civic and community organizations. He is a trustee of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, a board member at the Perelman Jewish Day School, and a member of YPO.
Daniel lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Sharon, and their three daughters and dog Meyer.
