Joe Stranix is the General Counsel for Terramed Real Estate Solutions, where he plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s legal strategy and operations. In this capacity, Joe brings a wealth of experience accumulated over years of navigating the complex landscape of real estate transactions, corporate governance, and private equity fund formation.
Joe Stranix's experience
Joe Stranix is General Counsel for Terramed Real Estate Solutions. Joe has experience advising clients with respect to real estate acquisitions and dispositions, general corporate structuring and governance, and private equity fund formation. Immediately prior to joining Terramed, Joe worked in the real estate and corporate groups at Kleinbard LLC in Philadelphia. While at Kleinbard, Joe represented Terramed in connection with many of its recent acquisitions and lease negotiations. Before his time at Kleinbard, Joe spent two years as an associate in the fund formation group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, representing private equity funds on matters ranging from formation and negotiation of fund disclosure and governance documents to advising funds on compliance with their ongoing obligations.
Joe earned his JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, his M.Phil. from Trinity College Dublin, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in the Philadelphia suburbs.
