Traci Castelli's experience
Traci Castelli is a Paralegal at Terramed Real Estate Solutions. An experienced real estate professional with an Associate’s degree from Peirce College in Legal Studies, Traci began her real estate career at Jones Lang LaSalle in accounting, moving into lease administration. At Terramed, Traci is involved in all stages of property acquisition and disposition process, including researching and conducting diligence on properties, drafting agreements, coordinating with tenants, and contract management.
Prior to joining Terramed, Traci spent five years at Netrality Properties, LP, focusing on their multi-tenant buildings across the country. There, Traci was responsible for maintaining lease administration for upwards of 800 tenants and customers. Traci is also a public notary and certified loan signing agent for the state of Pennsylvania.
Traci lives in Bear, Delaware with her husband, Nicholas, and her son, Kenneth, her daughter, Talia, and niece, Nafisa.
