Additionally, the privacy and confidentiality of any information disclosed in or under agreements we enter into with investors, clients, customers, suppliers, or other persons are governed by the terms of such agreements.
Information We Collect
In running and maintaining our Site, engaging with you for the provision or receipt of products or services, or for any other purpose as outlined below, we may collect and process certain information about you in physical and electronic form.
This information may include your personal information (information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual), including the following:

- with other business entities should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity, if we undergo a re-organization with that entity, or if we plan to sell or transfer some or all of Terravet’s assets to that entity.
Your State Privacy Rights

- Access and Data Portability: You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format. - Correction: You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we maintain, taking into account the information's nature and processing purpose.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal data sales. Children Under the Age of 18
We will not knowingly collect or maintain information from children under the age of 18 without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. The Site is not directed toward children under the age of 18, and children should not provide any personal information through the Site. If we receive information from a user of the Site we know to be under the age of 18, we will not create files or profiles of such information.
