Our history
Terramed through the years
Terramed has been a trusted partner to healthcare property owners for over a decade. From our very first real estate acquisition in 2012, we’ve remained committed to supporting the professionals behind our nation’s healthcare infrastructure.
2012-2019
2012 - Terravet Founder and CEO Daniel Eisenstadt acquires first veterinary real estate in the Philadelphia suburbs and then raises a small “friends and family” proof of concept fund to acquire additional veterinary buildings.
2018 - Sam Levine and Dan Feinberg join Terravet
2019 - Terravet launches Fund II with $80 million of committed equity capital. - Terravet announces that it has acquired more than 600,000 sq. ft. of veterinary real estate since inception.
2012-2019
2020-2022
2020 - We managed through the COVID-19 pandemic. All veterinary locations remain open throughout.
2021 - We launched Fund III - We secured $190 million of committed capital - We completd more than 50 acquisitions
2022 - We launched Terravet REIT Inc. with majority veterinary ownership - We announced that we acquired more than 1.3 million sq. ft. of veterinary real estate since inception

We acquired over 200,000 sq. ft. of veterinary real estate
We completed over $20 million in renovation and expansion projects approved by local municipalities

We acquired over 70,000 sq. ft. of veterinary real estate
We acquired over 40,000 sq. ft. of ophthalmology real estate
We completed major renovations and expansions on more than 100,000 sq. ft. of veterinary facilities in Kansas City, Sacramento, northern New Jersey, Seattle, and other metros around the U.S.
We presented at National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts REIT Week.
